The filter bags are designed and produced of the materials such as nylon, Polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene with a series of specifications according to international standards. It is compatible or simply for the replacement of other filters bags. Due to its well designed structure and features of high dirt retention, corrosion-resistance, high temperature-proof and a large flowrate, more than 99% particles within media can be trapped well in the depth. It also has the advantages to be easily operated and long life for use. In addition there is no fibre falling off

FEATURES：
surface filtration——Owing to the single thread sieve pattern, it can easily and directly trap the impurities from liquid on its surface. So it can be named as face type of filter bag. The bag has the obvious advantages on cost saving and repeat washing. In the same time, just for the reason of the face type, it’s easily plugged up. So it is more suitable and used for rough filtration of low precision requirement between 50 - 80μm.
Indepth filtration——The bag is made out of felt like PET, polyethylene, and PP. It is loose fibre textile woven with high void ratio so that it has greater solid trapped capacity. It is depth filter bag that means bigger particles to be trapped on the face whilst small one absorbed into the depth layers. So it has a greater filtration capacity. In addition, by instant sintering technique, there are found no fibre falling off even when with the high speed flowrate of filtration liquid.The filtration precision is given between 1- 100μm.
